To reduce version confusions among Polarr users, the one-time-paid, standalone pro version of the Polarr macOS and Windows desktop app (as opposed to the free version with in-app-purchase) are discontinued from the Mac App Store and Microsoft Store.
If you were using the one-time-paid, standalone pro version of Polarr, you can continue to use them. However, to ensure you can continue to receive app updates from Polarr, we recommend you to do the following:
- Download the free version of the macOS or Windows app.
- Create a Polarr account if you don't have one already.
- Find the original purchase receipt of the one-time-paid, standalone pro version of Polarr.
- Submit a request with your receipt to our team to unlock your account
Once we receive your request, our support staff will verify your receipt and upgrade your account. Then you can login your account again to access all pro features identical to the paid version of Polarr.
