1. If you are paying for both Polarr and 24FPS subscriptions concurrently, we do not provide a refund. If you have not canceled one of your subscriptions, you can easily cancel the next billing cycle through the app store providers.
In order to unlock both subscriptions after canceling one subscription, please make sure to log into both apps under the same Polarr or 24FPS email account (whichever account your subscription is still active on). These will automatically connect and you will have full access to Polarr and 24FPS subscriptions.
2. We currently do not provide refund to customers unless in the following scenarios:
- The app failed to unlock the functionality you purchased for.
- The functionality you purchased for becomes completely unusable and our team can not provide a fix in reasonable time frame.
However, you can easily cancel the next billing cycle through store providers.
