Can I request a refund of my purchase?

We currently do not provide refund to customers unless in the following scenarios:

  • The app failed to unlock the functionality you purchased for.
  • The functionality you purchased for becomes completely unusable and our team cannot provide a fix in reasonable time frame.

If the above issue occurred, please document the issues you experienced, create a support ticket and our team will investigate and provide a possible refund. 

However, you can easily cancel the next billing cycle through store providers.
